Winter Swim Programs

Sundays at 1 p.m., swim at the Southington YMCA with Coach Rich. Sign up now for underwater videotaping with Coach Al.
Note: The YMCA swims are full. Available openings, if any, will be posted weekly in the Swim Workouts forum.

USAT National Challenge Competition
